COST: When at Senior Center–$3 per session paid to the Senior Center. When by Zoom, pay Anne $5 per session using the turquoise Cart icon below. The Cart icon is also available in the Menu at the top of each page. You are welcome to add multiple classes to the cart as a lump sum payment. This new system is secure. During January, February, and March Anne will only teach via Zoom. You will find the Zoom links below.
You can connect from home, or on Mondays, weather permitting, you can go to the Bugbee Sr. Center where the staff will set up a Zoom connection. That way you can be with other tai chi enthusiasts and still have instruction from Anne when you want it. For the beginner class, Kathy Tracy will be with you (weather permitting).
Here are the details for March:
Monday—Bugbee—9:30 beginners with Kathy Tracy and Anne Bower. You can choose to be in person or Zoom in from your home. Advanced class with Anne instructing by Zoom runs from 10:40-11:40. You can Zoom from home or from the Bugbee.
During March, Kathy Tracy will be away so the beginner class can participate via Zoom from either the Bugbee or from home, with Anne instructing on screen. Advanced class has same situation.But NOTE that there will be no class on March 23 since Anne will be away from home.

Wednesday—Zoom only. 10-11–No beginner class, but beginners who want to join the advanced class should feel welcome to join as we explore both Sun 73 and Yang 24 Forms. No class March 25.

Friday—Zoom only. 10-11—Beginner class. Depending on who Zooms in we may explore other modalities as well. No class on March 27. Our Friday Zoom classes disappear once I start in-person classes in WRJ and Woodstock. You are welcome to join the MONDAY class at the Bugbee Center by Zoom during April. Here are Details for April and following months in-person classes:
Mondays at Bugbee Senior Center in WRJ—beginners at 9:30, advanced class at 10:40. In May we shift to Lyman Park. Anne will not be teaching April 13, June 1, June 15.
Wednesdays at Thompson Sr. Center in Woodstock–beginners at 9:30, advanced class at 10:40. No classes June 10.
There will no longer be a Friday beginner class by Zoom.
